Lynn commenced his real estate career in 1981 in Cambridge and was the company’s top salesperson for 14 years.  He is a qualified Real Estate Agent and in 1987 he completed his qualification for his Advanced Auctioneers Certificate through the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Australia.  He also is a New Zealand Foundation Member of the Ray White Group and is proud to continue his career with Ray White.  From his time with Ray White Hamilton, Lynn has been the company’s top performer in six of the last nine years and a Ray White Elite performer in five of the last seven.

The key to Lynn’s success has been his dedication to his client’s needs and is regarded as one of the hardest working real estate agents in the industry.  His passion is the listing and selling of property and he is renowned for achieving outstanding results for his Vendors due to his negotiating skills.  Lynn is also one of the Australasia’s most successful marketers of property by auction and since 2001, taking 537 properties to auction with a success rate under the hammer of 79.33% and 99.18% selling within the marketing programme.  He is also one of Waikato’s most experienced real estate auctioneers.

Lynn is fanatical about supplying his Vendors with factual information as to the current real estate market, properties sold and current competition so as they can make a sound decision about the selling of their property.  To that end our Vendors receive comprehensive written reports detailing all the activity that has taken place on their property each and every week throughout the marketing of their property.
