You may also send in a maintenance request form through the website. This request will be followed up as soon as it is received. Please note that if you send the form outside normal office hours, your request will be followed up the next working day. How To Pay Your Rent
Listed below are the methods you may use to pay your rent:
1. In cash, at our offices, during office hours.
2. By automatic payment.
3. By telephone or internet banking.
4. By deduction from your benefit by WINZ. (This method requires setting up by WINZ)
Your rent must be paid strictly in accordance with your Tenancy Agreement. If you are unable to pay your rent by the due date, you must contact the office, prior to the due date. If there is anything you do not understand please contact the office and we will explain it to you.
